PVHMC called on Holmes & Co. for a brand building campaign. Account planning research uncovered a nearly universal desire among patients, prospective patients, and family members: “Don’t abandon me, talk to me, listen to me.” From that research we created external and internal marketing materials built from the creative strategy “Understanding health care”.

Overall awareness increased from 49% to 56%

Best hospital rating increased from 22% to 26%

Best physicians rating increased from 19% to 27%

Best technology rating improved from 25% to 30%

Best obstetrics services rose from 22% to 30%

Best outpatient services from 21% to 31%
